Answer the questions
You start by answering a few questions that cover different aspects of your career and personality. These include weighting questions, where you balance between extremes, and some open-ended questions where you get the chance to tell us about yourself, your work situation and what motivates you. Just like with a people coach. The test is designed to take less than 10 minutes.
